After completing it, a member of our grant committee will follow up via email with the full application and further instructions. Applications will not be considered complete without all the necessary documentation.

Grant applications are carefully reviewed by our selection committee. Decisions are based on a combination of financial need, the specific challenges faced by the adoptive family, and the potential positive impact of the grant on the adoption process.

All required documents are listed in the full application. These include the completed application form, a list of adoption-related expenses (quotes, invoices, or bills), your home study documentation, a cover letter summarizing your adoption journey, a personal statement, income documentation, and personal references.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You may apply at any time when you have adoption-related expenses.

Most applications are reviewed within 4–6 weeks of submission.
