If you’re in the process of adopting and need financial assistance, Carly’s Hope is here to help. Our mission is to support families who are growing through adoption by providing small grants to help with expenses such as home studies, travel, legal fees, and other costs.
To apply, you must:

Be actively pursuing adoption

Reside in Pennsylvania

Show financial need and a clear plan for the use of funds
We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to respond within 4–6 weeks. Before applying, please review the eligibility requirements and be prepared to share information about your adoption journey, financial situation, and how a grant from Carly’s Hope would make a difference.
