Lori J. Mader, a luminary in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, currently holds the position of President of the Board of Directors for Carly's Hope. Simultaneously, she serves as the Managing Partner at FieldGoals.US, a role that epitomizes her multifaceted expertise in marketing and research.
As the Managing Partner of FieldGoals.US, Lori leverages her extensive knowledge in marketing and research. Her focus spans community and economic/municipal research, healthcare system and provider research, and innovative product development tailored for the 55+ older adults demographic. Her visionary approach to blending research with community impact showcases her commitment to creating solutions that address the unique needs of diverse populations.
Lori's leadership journey includes steering The Results Network, Inc., a comprehensive field and focus group facility. Presently, she manages two event facilities in the Harrisburg, PA market - The Event Café and Sanctuary on the Susquehanna, showcasing her versatility in managing diverse business ventures.
Motivated by a deep commitment to Carly’s Hope, a non-profit foundation close to her heart, Lori strives to facilitate affordable and accessible adoption for every loving home. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach contribute significantly to the foundation's mission of bringing joy to families through adoption.
A magna cum laude graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing Research and Technical Writing, Lori continues to invest in her education. Currently pursuing a Master's in Community and Economic Development from PSU World Campus, she remains at the forefront of academic excellence.
Lori's professional journey spans over a decade in Wholesale Marketing with Exxon Company, USA, in Houston, Texas. Following this, she has accrued over 25 years as an executive consultant, speaker, author, and moderator specializing in both quantitative and qualitative consumer research. Her influence extends beyond boardrooms, making her a sought-after expert in her field.
As a proud Pennsylvania native, Lori cherishes the Commonwealth for its picturesque hiking and biking trails. Her devotion to her husband, five children, eight grandchildren, and three dogs shines through in her commitment to putting family first.
